AI-DRIVEN INSPECTION DATA PROCESSING

Analog gauges are one of the most common devices found in industrial facilities making up to 25% of all inspection points. The Analog Gauge Detection Skill accurately reads the value of the gauge and sends alerts when the readings of one of these innumerable devices is outside a predefined range.

The result is actionable information at the fingertips of operators, even in brownfield facilities where digitization of inspection points through IoT sensors is cost-prohibitive.

VALVE DETECTION

Easily monitor 100s of valves in your facility with the help of autonomous robots equipped with the Valve Detection AI Skill. Robots capture images of valves as part of their routine automated inspection rounds.

The images are processed by the Valve Detection Skill to deliver insights in the form of valve on/off positions for different types of handle valves.
